This project is to provide safety improvements on I-95 from Bridge # 00059 - I-95 over Norwalk River to and including Bridge #00064 - I-95 over the Saugatuck River that include: 1. Significant milling and paving including Concrete Pavement repair. 2. Upgraded Drainage systems incl. Water Quality System, pipe jacking and I-95 drainage crossing operations. 3. Accelerated Bridge Construction for Bridge # 0062- I-95 over RT 33 with reduced lanes over weekends. 4. Reconstruction of median with 42"PCBC, Illumination and relocation of IMS to southbound shoulder. 5. Deck rehabilitation of Bridge # 63 and #64. 6. I-95 NB Exit 16 on ramp extension and Exit 17 on and off ramp vertical realignment. This contract is scheduled to be advertised on June 2, 2021, with a scope of “N”.
