SFSU Facility Waste Management Removal Services Agreement

The contractor will provide a facility waste management removal services agreement to the San Felipe Health Clinic and Cochiti Health Clinic with the following specifications: - The Contractor will supply all labor, equipment, materials and personnel necessary for storage, collection, transportation and disposal of all solid wastes generated at the San Felipe Health Clinic and Cochiti Health Clinic. - The contractor will provide the safe removal of facility waste and comply with mandatory government regulations from the State of New Mexico, OSHA, DOT and The Joint Commission. - The Contractor shall develop, initiate and establish a monthly schedule to remove accumulated Solid Waste from San Felipe Health Clinic and Cochiti Health Clinic. Monday - Friday, no earlier than 7:00am and no later than 5:00pm. - The Contractor shall provide and pick-up one (1) 6 yard dumpster from San Felipe Health Clinic and one (1) 4 yard dumpster from Cochiti Health Clinic to dispose of solid waste. - The Contractor shall transport solid waste to a final site accordance with all applicable federal (40 CFR part 257-258), state, County/City Solid Waste management Code and Government solid waste and transportation regulations. - The Contractor shall meet and comply with all solid waste haulers' licensure and permit requirements. - The Contractor shall dispose of all collected solid waste at a State of New Mexico approved sanitary landfill.
