RFQ - Continuing Consulting Firms

The Tohopekaliga Water Authority (Toho) invites qualified consulting firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for continuing water, wastewater, reuse and related utility assignments for services necessary to support studies and planning, regulatory compliance, permitting, design, construction administration, construction observation, and other related activities of Toho. Project values will be limited to Florida Statute Section 287.055, Competitive Consultant Negotiation Act, and as may be modified by the State of Florida from time to time. Questions Due Date: Aug 1st 2022, 12:00 PM EDT Selected Consultants will provide services for water, wastewater, and reuse assignments including pumping facilities, pipelines, water, reuse, and wastewater treatment. Selected Consultants do not require expertise in all services listed above. Consultants may be selected based on expertise limited to pipe line projects and or plant project. Consultants should identify which areas they want to be considered for Plant projects, Pipeline projects or both. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
