This is a Local Agency project. Net classification required for this project is 893 Cb or 893 Ea In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb and Ea. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder. Control Sec STL 31000 Job No 218389A Federal No 23A0400 MI DOT - 2305 008 - Hot Mix Asphalt Roadway Reconstruction, Aggregate Shoulder, Culvert Replacement, Signing and Pavement Markings on North Cloverland Road The project is located on North Cloverland Road (County Road O13) in Osceola Township, Houghton County. The work shall commence at the point of beginning (P.O.B., Sta. 0+00) which is the North Cloverland Road/Waasa Road intersection thence northerly 1.31 miles along Waasa Road to the point of ending (P.O.E., Sta. 69+37) which is the North Cloverland Road/Anderson Road intersection. At the location previously stated in this log, close the road to thru traffic utilizing barricades and temporary signs as described within this log. Perform culvert replacement, earth excavation, subbase, aggregate base, HMA paving and aggregate shoulders per the typical cross sections. Place permanent signs at locations shown in the Maintaining Traffic Special Provision and apply permanent pavement markings.
