| Description | The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to remove existing storefront door unit, jambs, door handles, door locks, frames, automatic door closers, thresholds, and all the accessories and hardware needed to replace them with new aluminum glass impact resistant doors, jambs, door handles, frames, automatic door closers, thresholds, and accessories and/or hardware of the same size and configuration as the existing. The existing key lock will be used in new door. All components/hardware shall match existing. Any stucco, paint, and/or flooring damaged by the removal and installation of the doors shall be repaired by the contractor. |
