Per addendum 1 bid date has been extended to 3/21/23 at 3pm EST Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only and in order to be considered an official bidder contractors must obtain plans and specifications from Goodwyn Mills & Cawood LLC. Please fill out order form and send it to the project contact from Goodwyn Mills & Cawood before purchasing documents. PLEASE NOTE: The estimated value listed for this project is for searchability purposes only and does not reflect the actual construction budget as determined by the owner. It should not be used for estimation purposes at this time. The Bulloch County Commissioners, Georgia will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the "Rehabilitation of Runway 6/24". This includes approximately Milling, Paving, Marking and related appurtenances as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications The Bulloch County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities , or to reject any or all bids and to readvertise.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Rigid Paving, Fences and Gates, Turf and Grasses.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Airfield Signaling and Control Equipment.
