Description

The scope of work includes the expansion to an existing building. Minor Development and Conditional Use application approved by the City of August in July 2020. As of May 12, 2023, the approvals were given a two year extension by the City per request of the Owner on July 12, 2022. An architect and general contractor have not yet been selected. Owner is fundraising. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to begin before Summer 2024.
