Tangerine Road Corridor Project- Phase 2B (Dove Mountain Boulevard/Twin Peaks Road to Tangerine Business Loop)

To address and accommodate planned development in the area, Phase 2 of the Tangerine Road Corridor improvements will be constructed in two-phases. The western two-and-a-half miles (Phase 2A), from I-10 through Tangerine Business Loop is slated to be constructed first, with a start date estimated for mid-2023. Design of Phase 2B, Dove Mountain Boulevard/Twin Peaks Road to Tangerine Business Loop, will continue during construction of Phase 2A. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Marana's Department of Public Works (TOWN) seeks Professional Consulting Engineering Services associated with the design for the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA)-funded widening of phase 2 of Tangerine Road between Interstate 10 and Dove Mountain Boulevard/Twin Peaks Road. Through this opportunity, the TOWN seeks to establish an innovative, solutions-oriented design toward the improvements and widening of this major roadway corridor from a two-lane rural roadway to a desert parkway arterial roadway. The OFFEROR's Team for this project should be multi-disciplinary and shall include expertise in all appropriate areas of arterial roadway design. OFFERORs submitting qualifications for this project should include specific project examples to clearly demonstrate their experience with this type of work.. .
