Courthouse Annex Facility Construction - New Courthouse - Sullivan County

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Mongaup Valley, New York. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility. Design (2022-2023) and Construction (2024-26) of new court building in place of existing jail facility. Need for office space is at a premium in Sullivan County. This new building will consolidate court offices into one location and free up office space in the Sullivan County Government Center. This is currently being mandated by the NYS Unified Court System. This project is included in the county's FY 2022 Capital Improvement Program.
