This property is a 3.078 acre property with a single family residential building. The building is a 2-story wood frame house with brick veneer. The house is 39' x 51', 1,990 square feet. There are two small paved parking lots with curb and gutters construction on the property. One is located next to the house, off of Rockdale Street (a side street from Johnson Road). The other is located near Johnson Road. 1175 Johnson Road NW. This property is a 1.363 acre property with a single story building. The building is CMU construction with a flat roof. The building was formerly a health center, formerly known asthe Rockdale Health Center. It is approximately 61' x 117', 8,100 square feet.
