Denning Center Reroof

A. The work included under these Specifications and the accompanying drawings consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein, including all labor, materials, services, equipment and incidentals for the Denning Center Reroof. B. The Architect and Owner have attempted to identify all scopes of work; however, all incidental parts of the work may not be identified in the documents. All collateral or accompanying work required in order to accommodate work specifically shown in the documents shall be included in the Contractors bid, and shall not be cause for issuance of change orders. Denning Center Reroof, Cleveland, Tennessee Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of bidders bond executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, for the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute an AIA A312 Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred (100%) of the contract price.
