Placement of Asphalt Plant Mix

Project scope consists of placement of asphalt plant mix inclusive of the following: Milling, Patching, Leveling, Resurfacing, and Striping, on seventeen (17) various county roads in Habersham County for a total length of 10.34 miles. COMPLETION DATE: Friday, October 20, 2023. Question Deadline 06/02/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Payment will be made to the Contractor each calendar month based on the estimated work complete in place as prescribed by the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. Retainage will be withheld as prescribed by the Project Special Provisions. Final payment of the amounts withheld will not be made until the project has been satisfactorily completed and accepted by Habersham County. A bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid will be required.
