Description

Remove and replace one packaged rooftop air handling unit serving the locker room and one split rooftop air handling unit with condensing unit serving the gym. The existing ductwork will be utilized to the fullest extent possible. Supporting elements, including electrical, structural, automatic temperature controls, etc., shall be provided to accommodate the equipment provided as part of this project.
