This Proposal Contains the Job Special Provision "site Use (a+c Method)-calendar Day Contract" for Bidding in Which the Bidder Will Determine the Number of Calendar Days to Complete the Project. The Percentage Goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (Dbe) Participation in This Project is 12.0%.
