| Description | flooring installation to The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on Behalf of Georgia Southern University tack strips, adhesives, cove base, edge strips and reducers. Ancillary services will, unless otherwise noted, include the removal, recycling, and disposal off campus of existing carpet and cove base. Contractor will also be responsible for general office equipment moving. Specialized and/or heavy equipment will be moved by the University. The initial term of the contract(s) is for one (1) calendar year from the execution date of the contract. The State Entity shall have four (4) one (1) year options to renew, which options shall be exercisable at the sole discretion of the State Entity. |
