Furnish all labor and materials to install 18-inch DIP (C150 & C151, Cl-52) mechanical joint sanitary sewer line including polyethylene encasement, compacted cement stabilized sand bedding and backfill to 12-inches above the pipe with compacted select backfill to natural ground 3. 762 L.F. Furnish all labor and materials to install 18-inch PVC (C900 green, DR-25) sanitary sewer line by bore (No Casing) 4. 116 L.F. Furnish all labor and materials to install 18-inch PVC (C900 green, DR-25) sanitary sewer line by wet bore (under U.S. 290 Business & F.M. 2920) encased in 26" steel casing (0.375" W.T.) 5. 100 L.F. Furnish all labor and materials to install 18-inch PVC (C900 green, DR-25) sanitary sewer line by dry bore (under Union Pacific Railroad R.O.W.) encased in 26" steel casing (0.4375" W.T.), including buying Railroad Insurance 6. 86 L.F. Furnish all labor and materials to install a double 10-inch DIP (C150 & C151, Cl-52) mechanical joint sanitary sewer inverted siphon with fittings including polyethylene encasement, compacted cement stabilized sand bedding and backfill to 12-inches above the pipe with compacted select backfill to natural ground 8. 56 L.F. Furnish all labor and materials to install 12-inch PVC (D2241, SDR-26) sanitary sewer line by bore (No Casing) 10. 18 each Furnish and install 4-foot diameter precast concrete manhole (all depths) with 32-inch diameter ductile iron ring and cover 11. 11 each Furnish and install 4-foot diameter Shallow Manhole precast concrete manhole (all depths) with 32-inch diameter ductile iron ring and cover 12. 1 each Furnish and install 4-foot diameter precast concrete dog house manhole with 32-inch diameter ductile iron ring and cover 13. 1 L.S. Furnish all labor and materials to hydro-mulch all disturbed areas including fertilizer, installed and watered to maintain growth through the warranty period 14. Allowance An allowance for hiring a licensed and certified soil and material testing lab for this project $12,000.00 15. 3200 L.F. Furnish and utilize a complete Trench Safety System for all cuts over 5' in depth 16. 1 L.S. Furnish all labor materials to design and implement a complete traffic control plan including the plan designed and sealed by a licensed engineer with approval by the City's Engineer, all barricades, traffic control signs, traffic paint, temporary traffic paint and flagman 17. 1 L.S. Furnish all labor and materials to file and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan as noted on plans and as required during construction, complete including the plan preparation, filing a Notice of Intent and all construction related protections.
