| Description | It is the Authority's intent to load dewatered BioSolids into open top Contractor supplied containers utilizing its fleet of front-end loaders. In the event that any additional conveyance or material handling equipment is required to load dewatered BioSolids from the offloading locations at the Sludge Transfer Facility into the Contractor's containers, Contract SER-30-21 includes an allowance line item that shall be used on behalf of the Authority for the purchase and delivery of such equipment. This contract does not guarantee any volume of dewatered BioSolids to be disposed of by the Contractor. |
