Furnish and Install AC Units at Utilities Administration Building

Provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies necessary to install the Air Conditioning Unit Packages at the Utilities Administration Building located at 1802 Spooner Drive, Plant City, Florida 1. Furnish and install ductless mini-split HVAC for the OPS Control Room and after new units are operational, take the room off the central system. Provide a ductless mini-split HVAC for the Electrical/IT Room to supplement the existing split system. Provide controls such that the new mini-split system is the primary system with the existing cycling on and off as needed. Install vent to exterior. 2. Rebalance all HVAC systems and ensure the building is positive pressurized. 3. Rebalance exhaust fans and/or supply diffusers in Restroom and Locker Rooms to make spaces negative pressurized. 4. Provide booster fan to bring fresh air to the Mechanical Room return plenum. 5. Insulate the supply ductwork passing through the hallway to the Electrical/IT room to prevent condensation.
