| Description | Providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for painting all the outside walls (wood, metal, steel beams and concrete walls and columns.) Due to the existing conditions some of the existing Tongue and Groove 1x 6 Cedar Siding ¿ Grade Clear need to be repaired and some members need to be replaced. Also, some of the ½ plywood sheets located at the top of the walls need to be replaced and a metal panel shall be installed on top of the plywood sheets to extend their life span. We anticipate that work would begin in late May/early June 2022. |
