Description

The prop is a professionally built live burn metal cargo container measuring approximately 40’ long by 8’ wide by 9’ high and is located at 531 Sunnyside Drive in Leesburg, Florida. Upon restoration, the burn prop must: 1.1. Meet NFPA 1402 standards for Class A burns in identified existing burn room. 1.1.1. Fire resistant system (stainless steel panels and/or silicate tiles) 1.2. Have a minimum of three (3) thermal sensors with wireless monitoring capability (minimum 100-foot range) 1.3. Retain the integrity of the existing structure 1.4. Include reconditioned vents and doors 1.5. Include reconditioning of the existing sprinkler 1.6. Have restored functionality of the interior movable walls (option priced separately) 1.7. Painting of exterior (option priced separately)
