Description | Anticipated Contract Term: One year, October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 with two additional oneyear term options. The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is seeking proposals for the CTC Elevator Maintenance Contract located at 285 Technology Center Way, Wenatchee, WA 98801. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Scope of Work as presented in Appendix A and for the price as presented in the Appendix B - Schedule of Prices. 1. The contracting agency for this proposal is the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA). 2. The undersigned Contractor proposes and agrees, if this Proposal is accepted, to perform and furnish all Work as specified or indicated in Appendix A - Scope of Work for price as shown in Appendix B - Schedule of Prices and before or on the Completion Date as listed in this Agreement. 3. In submitting this Proposal, Contractor represents, that: a. Contractor has examined and carefully studied the Scope of Work as described in Appendix A - Scope of Work. b. Contractor is familiar with and is satisfied as to the general, local and site conditions that may affect cost, progress, performance and furnishing of the Work. c. Contractor is familiar with and is satisfied as to all federal, state, and local Laws and Regulations that may affect cost, progress, performance and furnishing of the Work. Work must be done in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. d. Contractor has examined the Scope of Work and is satisfied that the scope of work is generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for performing and furnishing the Work for which this Proposal is submitted. 4. The price provided in the proposal shall cover all labor, materials and related costs associated with the tasks identified in Appendix B - Proposal - Purchased Services. 5. The Contractor shall provide a schedule for completion of the work within 2 weeks after notice of award. 6. Any alteration or deviation from the specified work requirements, as outlined in this document, may result in termination of the contract. 7. The Contractor agrees it will abide by all existing, updated, or new laws, codes, rules and regulations set forth by all appropriate authorities having jurisdiction in the location where the work is being performed, during the term of the contract. As a professional in the field, Contractor shall be responsible for continual monitoring of laws, codes, rules and regulations and for the implementation of any/all updates or additions to same. A purchased service contract will be awarded for the work described in Appendix A - Scope of Work based on (1) fees or costs, (2) ability, (3) capacity to perform the work, (3) experience, and (4) quality of previous performance on Port projects, (5) reputation for responsiveness to time limitations, (6) responsiveness to solicitation requirements. |
