1. Removal and replacement of 2 existing attic ventilation units. 2. Removal of 4 Air Handling units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 3. Removal and replacement of all VAV terminal units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 4. Removal of all fan coil units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 5. Integration of all replaced equipment into the existing Siemens building control system. 6. Provision with Siemens with new graphics and required programming for the control sequences. 7. Modifications of the existing building exhaust system and isolation from the building ventilation units. 8. Supplemental cooling for Room 218. 9. Architectural, electrical and fire protection scope limited to the replacement of HVAC equipment and associated modifications including acoustical ceiling tile replacement, corridor and closet replacements. 10 Patching, repair & painting as required of selected partitions and adjacent surfaces affected by the work. Bid Option 1 - Includes the replacement of existing suspended acoustical tile ceiling panels, grid, trim, and suspension/support system with the specified materials in Rooms: 202, 204, 207, 208, 213, 219, 304, 307, 309, 312, 315, 318, 321, and 3rd floor Men and Women Toilet Rooms as shown on the Drawings.
