Air Release Valve (ARV) Improvements for Lift Stations 85 and 45 Force Mains

The work includes rehabilitation/replacement of 24 existing Air Release Valve (ARV) assemblies situated at various locations along City of Orlando force mains between Lift Stations 85, 45, and 69. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following items: removal and replacement of 24 existing ARV assemblies, vaults, isolation valves, service piping, appurtenances and connections to the force main; repainting of existing above grade wastewater piping; construction of 4-inch up to 24-inch wastewater force main piping; maintenance of existing flow, including diversion and supplemental by-pass pumping as necessary to complete the Work; removal and replacement of existing asphalt roadway pavement, base, and subbase; asphalt milling and resurfacing; removal and replacement of concrete curbs, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, driveways, and fences; re-installation of street signage and pavement striping and markings, and traffic signal loops; and maintenance of traffic during construction.
