Hemlock Farms Main Entry Sign

The project consists of replacing an existing double-sided community entrance sign and landscaping with two new single-sided signs and a new landscape berm. The work is separated into two base bids. The "Base Sign Bid" consists of, but is not limited to removing existing sign, sign lighting, and any plantings within the designated work area; providing and installing all elements of the sign including masonry wall and footings, cast stone cap, composite wood ledge, aluminum sign panel, individual letters, and community logo, all electrical components and work for the sign lighting, and earthwork required to backfill and stabilize the sign wall. The "Base Landscape Bid" consists of, but is not limited to removing and reutilizing the existing boulders, providing and installing plantings and boulders, earthwork, topsoil, and grading to establish disturbed areas in lawn. Bidding will be done through PennBid.
