On-Call Services for Distributed Antenna System for Rowan University

A. This RFP encompasses multiple levels of work aimed to provide distributed antenna services to all current and future campus locations. The objective of this RFP is to award an on-call firm to service all University DAS projects as required. B. Locations include, but are not limited to the Glassboro, Camden, and Stratford campuses as well as remote clinical locations. 1. An itemized list of locations is located on the Office of Contracting & Procurement website with the project documents. Please note that this list is not meant to be exhaustive or exclusive, and the information contained within is for informative purposes only. C. The DAS solution is aimed at supporting the following types of users and devices: 1. Emergency Responders 2. Cellular coverage of all major local cellular providers including, but not limited to, Verizon, AT&T, TMobile. Identify, document and inform the University of all applicable codes, laws, statutes and safety requirements within applicable jurisdictions that solution needs to adhere to. B. Evaluate all campuses and satellite offices to determine connectivity for First Responders and Cellular Providers. C. Generate detailed reports of all University locations including buildings, venues, etc. D. Provide designs to meet all required criteria, including but not limited to the following: 1. Bill of Materials 2. Technical Design Document 3. Schematic 4. Pricing Model E. Implement agreed upon design F. Fully support the implementation including scheduled maintenance, upgrades, issues, etc.
