**As of April 13,2023, , project was awarded to Constructors Inc.,awarded amount is $3,335,936.08.** Unit Price Contract Scope of Work: Project Termini: BOP E. Cherry St. heading North on North Atkinson Ave. to EOP W College Blvd. It includes constructing new 8 and 12 Water Lines with an Aerial crossing at Spring River Bridge, removing existing roadway surfacing, placing new Base Course, PMBP, Repair Sidewalk and Drives, Adjusting Water Valves and Manholes to grade and Traffic Control and other related construction to complete the Project. A pre-bid meeting will not be held, therefore, any/all questions will be received via email by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2022. Bidders shall thoroughly examine and be familiar with the Plans and Specifications and any federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, that may in any manner affect cost, progress, or performance of the work. The failure or omission of any Bidder to receive or examine any form, instrument, addendum, or other document or to visit the site and acquaint himself with conditions there existing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from obligations with respect to his bid or the Contract. The submission of a bid shall be taken as prima facie evidence of compliance with this section. All bids received are subject to approval of the City Council at the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that the City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids received in case of ambiguity or lack of clearness, qualifications, references, and the right to determine the best bid, or, to reject the same and to waive irregularities and technicalities.
