Video Management System Upgrade - Phase 1

**As of November 28 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This is an upgrade of the components of the video security system. o Work shall include but not be limited to: o Install cabling, security cameras, network switches and servers/storage to support the new and existing cameras plus the growth factor. See specs and drawings. o Replace existing camera monitoring PC's and provide new PC's as noted on the drawings and specifications. o Electrical system upgrades for UPS and power to devices. o For new cameras provide costs to include license software maintenance thru July 1, 2024. Genetec base camera licenses shall be transferred from the owners' pool of licenses. o For new monitoring PC's provide Genetec licenses o Fully load the latest Genetec software on the servers and PC's and upgrade all new and existing camera software to the latest firmware that is compatible with the Genetec software. o Provide full documentation and as-builts of network connectivity and camera locations and camera numbers on redlined PDF documents. See specifications for full closeout documentation required. o Install New UPS and distribution system to back up all camera related components in the Administration Building o Replace all existing UPS units in other buildings o Add surge protection devices on exterior mounted cameras o Add conduit and wire between Sally Port and Maintenance Building for relocation of microwave controls o Add conduit and fiber between cabinet near the Sally Port and the Maintenance Building 5% Bid Security: ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: October 10,2022 at 2:00 PM ET.
