Contractor Awarded Address: Syracuse, NY 13203-2302 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $3,077,723.00 "This project will renovate the existing Keating Federal building lobby as follows: The estimated price range for the Project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Base Bid Work: Furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to perform all work described by the contract documents for the "Lobby Security Upgrades" Project. Work includes: modifications to planters, security fence, and fence swing gates, structural hardening and improvements at columns G4 and H4, provide temporary ABAAS compliant public entrance at the northeast side of the building, provide storefront system between column line G and H along column line, provide air lock vestibule with ABAAS compliant entrance and exit doors, and rotary door, ensure a protected, clear path is maintained for public entry and egress, provide curtain wall system along column line 4, remove concrete pavement and provide concrete pavement to slope from the existing sidewalk to the finished floor level, modify MEPFP systems, construct the security station, gun locker, and storage room, modifications to the stair vestibule, provide turnstiles, provide signage. In order to receive the Specifications and Drawings for this solicitation, you must complete Attachment #7, "SBU Clause and Disposal Form." The site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 at 1:00pm at the Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building, Rochester NY (subject to change). Only one representative per general contractor will be allowed and will need to bring own PPE, no sub contractors will be allowed. The site visit is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged.
