West Point Beemer Public School Gym HVAC

The Work of the Project involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: Installation of roof mounted heating and air conditioning units to serve the gymnasium. Bid security in the form of either surety bond or certified check payable to the Owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The work included under this section consists of providing all labor, materials, supervision, and construction procedures necessary for the installation of the complete mechanical systems required by these specifications and/or shown on the drawings of the contract.
