Description | *** The solicitation has been amended to add the bid schedule for Jamestown Maintenance Facility Maintenance Office and Garage. No other changes to the solicitation. See Link for FedConnect for documents. Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and other resources to complete the construction of Jamestown Maintenance Facility, Maintenance Office, and Garage in North Dakota. The principal components of the work involve miscellaneous sitework; demolition; asphalt pavement; providing a building foundation and concrete aprons; and construction of an Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) office and garage building including plumbing, fire protection, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All work is to be completed within 365 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. NAICS Code for this acquisition is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5M. Refer to FAR Clause 52.204-8 on the Annual Representations and Certifications (Apr 2016) on WWW.SAM.gov Electronic bid are required and shall be submitted through FEDCONNECT only. The bid opening will take place IAW the information set forth on the 1442. The opening of the bids will take place virtually one day after the receipt of the offers listed below in block 13. The bid opening will commence via Microsoft Teams Meeting on August 31, 2023 at 1430 CT IAW FAR 14.402-3(a)(1) and FAR 14.402(a)(2). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. |
