2023 Concrete Street Paving Project

Concrete Street Paving Work Should be completed by October 06, 2023 Bid Bond - 5 Certified Check The estimated major quantities of Project 1-23 are listed below: Furnish and Install Plain Concrete Pavement with Curb& Gutter, 32,700 SY Furnish and Install 6" of 1-1/4" CABC over 6" of 5" Breaker, 5,400 SY Furnish and Install 6" Concrete Walk, Driveway Aprons, and curb and Gutter, 33,200 SF Furnish and Install 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 37,600 SF Furnish and Install Landscaping, 11,800 SY Furnish and Install Storm Sewer (various sizes) to include Structures, Laterals & Inlets, 3,400 LF Description of Project 1. New Construction - Construction of new streets in subdivisions which have never had a permanent street surface. The major work items include, 6" Concrete Street, Grading, Driveway Apron installation, sidewalk installation, and turf restoration. 2. Reconstruction- Construction of streets that were previously a asphalt street. The major work items include grading, removal of existing street to a depth of 1' below bottom of finished concrete, storm sewer installation, one (1) foot of new base material, 6" Doweled Concrete Roadway, Driveway Apron Installation, concrete sidewalk installation, and turf establishment. 3. Urbanization- Construction of streets that were previously a rural road. The major work items include grading, removal of existing street to a depth of 1' below bottom of finished concrete, storm sewer installation, one (1) foot of new base material, 8" Doweled Concrete Roadway, Driveway Apron Installation, concrete sidewalk installation, asphalt shoulder on west side of road with a gravel shoulder and turf establishment
