2020-2022 LMIG Street Improvements

The construction of +- 1.29 miles of resurfacing and leveling, including +- 1,172 tons of 9.5mm Superpave topping, +- 291 tons of 4.75 Superpave leveling, +- striping, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within 210 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City of Eastman prior to the time set forth above, and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Eastman for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. The City of Eastman, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
