This project is located at the northwest corner of exit 64 for Interstate 94, westbound, Dickinson, N.D., 58601 Separate Bid Proposals will be received to include construction for the following Bid Packages: Bid Package #1: Concrete. Bid Package #2: Masonry. Bid Package #3: Steel Fabrication. Bid Package #4: Rough Carpentry/Finish Carpentry/Plastic Composites. Bid Package #5: Plastic Laminate Cabinets, Plastic Laminate Countertops, Solid Surface Windowsills, & Wood Trim. Bid Package #6: Sectional Overhead Doors and Hardware. Bid Package #7: Higher Power Hydraulic Doors (Owner Provided). Bid Package #8: Aluminum Framed Entrances, Storefronts, Windows, and Interior Glazing. Bid Package #9: Hollow Metal Frames/Doors/Hardware/Specialties. Bid Package #10: Gypsum Wall Board/Gypsum Finishes. Bid Package #11: Acoustical Ceilings. Bid Package #12: Flooring/Wall Tile. Bid Package #13: Concrete Floor Polishing. Bid Package #14: Painting/Fluid Applied Floor Sealer. Bid Package #15: Pre-Engineered Metal Building/Mezzanines/Crane Rails/Energy Saver Roof Insula-tion/Metal roof Liner Panel. Bid Package #16: Overhead Cranes (Owner Provided). Bid Package #17: Fire Suppression System Bid Package #18: Electrical Bid Package #19: Earthwork/ Site Excavations Bid Package #20: Site Paving Bid Package #21: Landscaping Bid Package #22: Site Utilities Bid Package #23: Post Frame Building System A new 73,000 SF pre-engineered metal building with offices, parts department, shops, & wash bay. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope, (attached to the Bid Envelope) containing a Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid naming Moure Equipment, LLP as Obligee. The Contractor shall also enclose within the Bid Bond Envelope a copy of the Bidder's North Dakota Contractor's License, or a copy of their latest Renewal Certificate issued by the Secretary of State as per North Dakota Century Code 43-07-12. All Contractors who submit Bids must hold a North Dakota Contractors License in the highest amount of their Bids and such license must have been in effect at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the Bid Opening. Any Bid not containing these documents shall not be acceptable and shall be returned to the Bidder unopened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Insurance Coverages and other requirements stipulated in the Project Manual. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 30 days of the actual date of the opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
