Lift Station Improvements - 304k15 - City of Morgan Hill

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Morgan Hill, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project. The City's fourteen (14) lift stations are periodically repaired and upgraded as part of the ongoing maintenance program. Lift Stations J & W were completed in FY20-21. During FY 21-22, the design of the rehabilitation of Lift Stations K & F's improvements were completed. The upgrades to the lift stations will improve safety and reliability and will upgrade the lift stations to the City Utilities standards. For FY 23-24, Lift Stations K & F's rehabilitation will be constructed, to include: protective well coatings, new pump assemblies, motor controls, electrical components, and site access improvements. Additionally, there is approximately 3,200' of force main piping connected to Lift Stations K & F that must be replaced, which will improve access to the force mains and replace the existing, failing pipe. This project is in included in the City of Morgan Hill FY 2022-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 23, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
