| Description | Upgrades to the entrance road and the resident unloading pad, both located at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill (“FCSL”) in Grove City, Ohio. A portion of the entrance road into FCSL will be removed and replaced. The existing area known as the Resident Unloading Pad” will be partially demolished and replaced, including installation of retaining wall structures on three (3) sides of the area. The approach road to the Resident Unloading Pad will also be replaced. Electrical upgrades to the facility will include installation of additional overhead lighting. |
