Description

Riverside High School Renovations Project General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure within the timeframe indicated below. Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract and includes Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and Technology disciplines and work for the construction of the Riverside High School Renovations for the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. Plan holders will also have access to digital documents at Willamette Print and Blueprint at the same location. C. Should a bidder wish additional sets or parts of sets, the bidder may obtain them by paying the cost of the reproduction thereof, plus handling and mailing costs, with no refund for the additional sets or parts thereof. D. Bidders shall use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing Bids. Neither the School District nor the Architect assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or surety bond executed by a state-licensed surety company, payable to West Linn-Wilsonville School District, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of bid opening. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.385. All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279C.370, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form. The completed form must be received at the District Operation Center Offices within 2 hours of the Bid Time of the same day. B. All bids must be received at District Operations Center prior to bid closing date and time shown above. C. This Project is subject to State of Oregon Prevailing Wage requirements in accordance with ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870 .
