The work generally consists of approximately 9,708 LF of roadways, 1,233 LF of 24”-42” HP Storm drainage pipe, 94 LF of 3’ x 3’ Box Culvert, 9,493 LF of 2”– 8” water pipe, 6,048 LF of 1.5”-2.5” low pressure sewer pipe, 9,795 LF of 2”-8” PE LP Gas pipe, and 15,000 LF of underground electric/telephone conduit for Cordillera Ranch Unit 304 and 573 LF of 1.5” – 2” low pressure sewer pipe for Cordillera Springs Offsite Utility Lines.
