Sister Grove Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility Phase I; Outfall Pipeline, Phase I; North McKinney Transfer Lift Station and North McKinney Transfer Force Main

The SGRWRRF, Phase 1 will consist of a new wastewater treatment plant constructed on a 934-acre tract of land purchased by NTMWD partially bounded by FM 2933 and Collin County Route 336 to the west and FM 1827 to the southeast. The facility will be constructed with an initial average annual daily treatment capacity of 16 million gallons per day (MGD). The facility will include liquid treatment process facilities, solids handling process facilities, peak flow handling facilities, and plant operations support facilities. Outfall Pipeline, Phase 1 will consist of approximately 26,000-linear feet of 78-inch diameter outfall pipeline from the SGRWRRF Phase 1 Facility site to permitted receiving waters at Stiff Creek with an outfall dispersion structure at Stiff Creek. New NMTLS include construction of a new dry pit/wet well wastewater pumping station capable of pumping 64 MGD. New NMTFM will include approximately 27,000 linear feet of parallel 48-inch or 54-inch-diameter wastewater force mains, from the New NMTLS to the SGRWRRF Phase 1.
