Fundamental Building Commissioning Services

Commissioning Agent for a new Middle School to add to their existing school campus, currently located at 2727 West 18th Street in Pueblo, Colorado. The new school will be an approximately 65,000 SF building that is being designed off the "prototype" of an previously designed and built school. Due to the starting from a previous design the design schedule is extremely shortened. The project is currently entering into Design Development, with a goal to complete initial-GMP documents by December 4, 2020, for Owner and project team review. This is a non-LEED project, and the Architect is CRP Architects, the MEP Engineer is ME Engineers, and the Construction Manager/General Contractor is Nunn Construction.
