Description

To establish an agreement under which the successful bidder will provide collection, disposal, and, when appropriate, recycling services of illegal roadside waste from the public right of way, public streets, County-owned property, sidewalks, and easements. The County maintains over 3,500 miles of roads, of which can vary geographically from the mountainous areas of Dunlap down to Coalinga. It is the intent of the County to award up to four (4) contractors, under one Master Agreement, for the work stated herein. The County does not represent that it will utilize the Contractor’s services any guaranteed number of times over the course of the agreement. The County shall award to bidders deemed the most advantageous to the County which includes lowest cost and proximity to Fresno County.
