Almaden Valley Pipeline Inspection and Rehabilitation Project

The Project scope includes the following: 1. Drain and remove water from Almaden Valley Pipeline as shown in the Drawings. 2. Perform internal pipeline repair work on Almaden Valley Pipeline as specified and as identified during the internal pipeline visual and electromagnetic inspection, including carbon fiber reinforcement of Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe or Welded Steel Pipe. 3. Completely drain and remove all water from the Calero Pipeline from Bailey Line Valve to Calero Modulating Valve. 4. Provide logistical support (including removal of flanges and appurtenances for access and ventilation) for repairs and modificationsto the existing Acoustic Fiber Optic (AFO) monitoring system on the Calero Pipeline by the District and its third-party consultant. 5. Perform work on raw water transmission pipeline appurtenances at three (3) sites. See the Pipeline Maintenance Tables in the Drawings for the appurtenance work to be completed at each site. 6. Perform logistical support for the maintenance, temporary removal, and re-installation of Acoustic Fiber Optic (AFO) monitoring system for the Almaden Valley Pipeline by the District's third-partyconsultant. 7. Clear and grub as needed for access to perform the Work. 8. Provide environmental support and BMP management. 9. Prepare and coat all new in-vault and exposed pipeline andtunnel appurtenances and associated piping assembly components.
