Jamiel Park Softball Field Renovation

The Town of Warren is seeking proposals to repair the Jamiel Park Softball Field. The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town. Persons requesting interpreter services for the hearing-impaired must notify the Town Clerk's Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to bid opening (401) 245-7340. Minimum Requirements for Jamiel Park Softball Field Renovation Amending soil, re-grade, reset bases Edge and remove weed growth from infield material; dispose of weedy material offsite. Subgrade existing infield material 1.5" below new finish grade. Excess infield mix to be removed and stockpiled offsite. Furnish and install 100 tons of native infield mix Cap existing mix with new material, and rototill top 4"to mix materials together. Laser grade and roll. Adjust bases, mound, and home plate to new elevations. Reuse existing home plate and pitching rubber. Relocate existing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base anchors to correct locations.
