Junior Beck Drive (Bear Lane to Old Brownsville Road) Bond 2018

The project scope includes the full reconstruction of approximately 3,300 linear feet of 40’ B-B roadway, 1,800 linear feet of new 30’ rural section, and related improvements such as curb and gutter, curb ramps, and sidewalks from Junior Beck Drive from Bear Lane to Old Brownsville Road. Additional improvements include upgrades or replacements to the Stormwater, Water, Wastewater, and Gas systems, and related coordination with the City and private utility owners. Two pavement options will be considered, Base Bid 1 HMAC and Base Bid 2 Concrete. Contractors may bid either one or both options, all in accordance with the project specifications and plans.
