The purpose of this solicitation for Bartram Tower Erection FY23 is to select a vendor to provide equipment and installation for the Bartram site as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, workmanship, and maintenance.
