Hagen Ranch Road Library - Chiller Replacement

Replacement of 125 Ton Air Cooled Chiller at the Hagen Ranch Library. Remove existing Trane 125 Ton Chiller, furnish and install a new HVAC chiller per the specifications and information provided in Exhibit 1 or approved equal. The contractor will also include the RTAF extended 6-10 year warranty or approved equal. The Work consists of the demolition and replacement of the chiller and system equipment required to provide a completely functional system. This includes items such as insulation, water treatment, flushing, electrical modifications and reconnection to the electrical existing electrical system in support of mechanical equipment replacement. Modification of the pad and supports as required to accommodate the new chiller and system components. The reconnection to the existing chilled water system and a functionality test is required. Providing a temporary chiller for uninterrupted chilled water service for the facility is required.
