The work includes grading, drainage, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and paving. The purpose of this conference is to summarize the scope of work involved and to explain the City's Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) program required goals and outreach to HUB-certified M/WBE firms as applicable to this project.
