Granby Memorial High School Roof Replacement

The Town of Granby is accepting bids for the replacement of the Granby Memorial High School roof. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract documents and consists of the removal and replacement of the roof assembly at an existing building with a new EPDM Membrane Roofing assembly and associated components. The Project generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major elements: 1. Removal of selected building materials and components. 2. Offsite disposal of all removed materials. 3. Preparation for reroofing, including repair/replacement of deteriorated metal deck and wood blocking. 4. Provision of an EPDM Roofing assembly, including all related components, and including storm drainage system. 5. Provision of metal framed skylights and roof hatches. 6. Provision of panel signage.
