Public Works Storage Building

Work will consist of the construction of an approximate 8000 square foot metal building to be erected on an existing concrete slab. The existing slab is to be utilized to the greatest extent possible. Sections of it are to be removed to allow construction of new footings. The building has an 18'-0" eave height w/ (5) large overhead doors and (3) smaller overhead doors. An interior space of 1100 square feet is to be built out for secure storage and along with one restroom area. An existing truck dock is to be repaired at one overhead door.
