| Description | Provide all labor and materials as required for the installation of two 400kw generators at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds. Phase I – Generator #4: One 400kw generator will provide backup power to the existing fire pump and jockey pump, plus site lighting circuits that are served from the same utility transformer that also serves the fire pump. The awarded contractor will assist the County and the Engineers with the specifications for the generator and the transfer switch. The contractor is responsible for all permits. The County will purchase the generator and the automatic transfer switch. Alternate - Generator #5: One 400kw generator will provide backup power to the reverse osmosis (RO) water treating plant building along with site lighting that are served from the same utility transformer that also serves RO building. The awarded contractor will assist the County and the Engineer with the specifications for the generator and the transfer switch. |
