| Description | The Town of Leicester is seeking a contractor to install a fire alarm system pursuant to the following scope: Run 3/4 EMT Conduit throughout the building to all fire alarm devices, install new 18 gauge wire for SLC loop devices and 16 gauge wire for notification devices with a second set up 16 gauge wire for speaker devices. Install and test speaker strobes, including adding one to the Leicester high school building. Install and test Smoke detectors. Install, program and test voice fire alarm system, 2 microphone locations are needed, including adding mass notification messages. Install 1 cellular communicator. Install 3 modules for sprinkler system and outdoor bell at location to be determined. Project subject to prevailing wage. Contractor to provide references and will be required to provide an insurance certificate listing the Town as an additional insured. |
